Accessibility statement
Last reviewed on 26 October 2026.
Booksure should be usable by everyone: the business owners who run it and the customers who book with them. This statement covers the Booksure website, the dashboard and the booking pages.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This means you should be able to:
- use every page with a keyboard alone;
- use a screen reader, such as VoiceOver or NVDA;
- zoom text up to 200% without losing content;
- read text with good colour contrast, in every theme a business can choose;
- use the site with animations reduced, if your device asks for that.
How we check
- Our automated tests check the main screens with an accessibility tool (axe), at computer, tablet and phone sizes.
- On 26 October 2026 these pages had no issues found: the three booking steps, the home page, the support page, Today, Help, and Share & promote.
- Colours chosen by a business are adjusted automatically when they would be hard to read.
Automated tools do not find every problem. We have not yet had an independent audit or testing by disabled users. We plan to do both.
Known limitations
- The security check on some forms is provided by Cloudflare (Turnstile). We do not control its design.
- When a business shows its booking form inside its own website, the rest of that website is the business's responsibility.
- Emails have not yet been tested with every screen reader and email app.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, please send us a message. Tell us the page and what happened. We will reply by email and treat it as a priority.
